You are the healer.
At Ana’s Light, I believe your deepest wisdom already lives within you. I’m simply here to help you access it — to guide, support, and hold space for you as you reconnect with your own power.
This method is one of the fastest and most effective ways I know to tap into the truth of who you are. My goal? To support your growth until you no longer need me.
Setting Up Your Space
Find a quiet, private place where you won’t be disturbed. It’s okay if others are home — as long as you feel safe to fully relax and be open.
For the second part of your session, choose a space where you can fully let go: bed, couch, floor, yoga mat, or a recliner — whatever feels best to you.
Please ensure that your face and chest are clearly visible on camera. Lighting matters! And for the best sound quality (which is very important), use an external mic or headset if you can — even a basic one works great. Your session will be recorded and used as part of your continued healing journey.
Technology & Connection
We’ll be meeting on Zoom or In-person. If you haven’t already, please download the Zoom app on your device.

A computer or tablet is ideal (though phones are okay too if needed).
Session Timing
Each session typically lasts between 2 1/2 to 4 hours. Please set aside uninterrupted time so you can fully receive all that’s meant for you.

Come with an open heart — and no expectations.
No two sessions are alike. Your journey is unique, and your experience will be perfectly tailored to you.
Trust your process. Simply showing up signals to the universe that you're ready. You might even notice shifts beginning before we meet — that’s part of the magic.

What to Expect
Reiki sessions with Ana are intuitive and client-focused. You’ll remain fully clothed, either lying down or seated comfortably. As energy flows through gentle hand placements (or remotely), many clients experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of clarity and calm.
Sessions can be held in person or remotely, based on your comfort and preference. Both are equally effective—energy knows no distance.
